She has lead many collaborative efforts and initiatives focused on improving social and human services, which includes founding the Child Care Alliance of Los Angeles which is a collaborative that was formed to address early education and child care issues in Los Angeles County. Absolute Network Solutions is a technology consulting services company that provides managed IT services, information security consulting, cloud services, and online presence and brand identity services (website, graphic design, and social media development and integration)
Leveraging her experiences and expertise in public policy and nonprofit management, Grace has been providing nonprofit capacity building in the form of leadership development training and technical assistance. Grace has extensive community facilitation, nonprofit training, and community engagement experience which spans across her professional and volunteer experience, as well as across a variety of sectors. Currently, she is serving as the Board Co-Chair of KCCD and is the Chair of the Outreach and Media Committee for the AAPI Faith Alliance. Grace received her Bachelor of Science in Public Policy & Management and her Master’s in Public Policy degrees from the University of Southern California. She is active in various Christian ministries and attends Calvary Chapel South Bay.
Helena Hwang, CEO VAVMedia Helena Hwang is a trailblazer with a passion to build networks. She travels nationally and internationally consulting in the area of strategy, culture and organizational structure to strengthen business, government, ministry, and media leaders, while bridging the generations. As CEO of VAVMedia, she was instrumental in launching 24/7 Internet TV channels and broadcasting live events in the US, Asia and Europe. Currently, she is establishing strategic partners for different nations to establish Internet TV networks. She has invested in a portfolio of stocks and venture funds for years, but recently launched VAV Ventures to facilitate EB5 investments for Asian investors. As VP of Operations of The Call, Ms. Hwang coordinated and supervised most aspects of 10 multi-ethnic and multi-generational stadium gatherings of 20,000-100,000 people. From 1990-2001, Ms Hwang counseled and set up HIV Test Sites as a LCSW for LA County DHS and UCLA Medical Center. She has an EMBA from UCI, MSW from UCLA, and BA in Anthropology/Public Policy from Pomona College. Ms. Hwang co-convened an Asian American Roundtable and serves on the planning committee of the White House Briefing and Asian American Pacific Islander Faith Alliance. She serves on numerous boards.

Herman is also the founder of Emerging Leaders Int'l., a network of leaders who work together to bring Godly influence in the 7 spheres of society (Church, Family, Government, Education, Media, Entertainment and Business). Herman is also the president of Asian Prayer Network, an organization that strategically connects and mobilizes the Asian-American Christians to pray and work together to see transformation in America.
