Registration fees include admission to all sessions of the Summit, including scheduled meals. Fees do not include hotel lodging and transportation. Please note that all registration fees are final and non-refundable.

Dress Code
During the Summit, please wear business attire. For the Awards Gala Dinner, black tie is optional.
Media Waiver & Release
I understand the 10th Lighting the Community Summit on November 2-4, 2017 will be videotaped and/or recorded (the videotape, recording or other medium on which the images or sounds are stored shall be collectively referred to as “Media”) for use by or on behalf of Korean Churches for Community Development (KCCD)/Faith and Community Empowerment (FACE).
I hereby give KCCD/FACE, its officers, agents, employees, representatives and those acting under its authority, the absolute right and permission to use any Media, in whole or in part, now known or later developed, depicting images or sounds in which I am a participant. I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of my image, likeness, appearance now or in the future. KCCD/FACE has the right and may allow others outside of KCCD/FACE to copy, edit, alter, retouch, revise, or otherwise change the recordings in any manner or media. The Media may be used or not, at KCCD/FACE’s sole discretion, for KCCD/FACE’s purposes and activities, for example: web-site posting or distribution to KCCD/FACE directors, staff, or affiliated organizations. I understand this is not an exhaustive list of purposes for which the Media may be distributed and that KCCD/FACE does not need my consent to use the Media in ways not described above.
I waive any and all rights I may have to the Media in connection with its use by KCCD/FACE, or any work in which it may be used. If this waiver should be ineffective for any reason, I hereby irrevocably assign my rights to KCCD/FACE.
I release, discharge and agree to hold KCCD/FACE harmless from and against any and all liability in connection with the use of such Media.
