Reverend Samuel In Hwan Choi is the leading pastor for Columbia Korean Baptist Church and President for the Washington Council of Churches. Rev. Choi holds a Doctor of Ministry from the International College Graduate School of Theology.  He was the former president for the Korean Baptist Church Council and the Virginia Local Assembly.
